When to use custom fields with contacts

Each contact that is in your Adaptix account will have a profile with custom fields that you can fill out. Custom fields can store important information about your contact and it will be saved to your Adaptix account. 

Here you can add demographic information or any information that is relevant for you to add. You can even add the contacts social information under the “Social” tab. You can create custom fields if you want to add more information on the contact by going into your custom field settings. Remember to save any edits you make to a contacts profile.
