Form Entries
When contacts submit your Adaptix form, it counts as a form entry. On each form you will be able to see an overview of various statistics. Form entries is the total number of times a form has been submitted. This number counts duplicate submissions and submissions from your contacts.
Contacts Created
Contacts Created is the number of new contacts that were created from submitting your Adaptix form. If a contact already exists in your account they will not be counted toward the “Contacts Created” total.
