If you are not able to see any segments or notice some segments missing in your account it is most likely because you do not have permission to view it. Your user/role permission settings have to be turned on for the segments module. 

To fix this, contact your account admin to adjust your user permission settings. Your permission settings can only be changed by the administrator of the account.
