Adaptix automatically stores your contacts first and last name together in a header column. In order to sort your contacts by first or last name you must edit your “Contact settings”.
- Open up your settings by clicking the settings icon located at the top right corner
- Open the “Configurations” tab and click on “Contact settings”
- Under contact list settings you can add or remove certain fields. Click on “First name” and “Last name” to move it to the display box.
- Click “Save”
- Open up the “Manage contacts” overview page and you will see “first name” and “last name” as headers now. Click on which header you want to sort your contacts by.
- If you click first name it will sort your contacts by “first name”. If you click “last name” it will sort your contacts by last name.
