To send an email to a tag you need to create an email automation.
- Create a new campaign and go into the “Campaign Builder”.
- Select the segment or form you want to use.
- Add a condition to the segment, click “Contact tags”. You will be directed to add the tag you want to use for your condition.
- Click “Update” when you are done. Then you want to add a Action from the Condition you just made.
- Under actions click “Send Email”
- You will be directed to chose the email you want to send and you can choose when you want it to send.
- Press “Update” when you are finished.
- Now you will have an automation that will send an email based on a contacts tag. (i.e. All the contacts with the tag “Engaged” will be sent “Test Email 1”)
