🚀 What’s New in This Release
We’re excited to announce several new features and enhancements designed to improve your workflow, deliver a more intuitive user experience, and provide greater flexibility when managing campaigns and communications.
- Multi-Conditional Form Field Logic
- Campaign Archive
- Merge Tag UI for 1:1 Emails
Multi-Conditional Form Field Logic (AD-24091)
Building smarter forms just got easier. With this enhancement, you can now apply multi-level conditional logic to form fields. Previously, logic only worked at the first level, but now you can nest multiple layers of conditions to guide users seamlessly through complex form experiences.
Example: Imagine a dropdown for “Type of Inquiry” with options like Sales or Support. Depending on the selection, a different set of fields can be displayed. With this release, that logic can go deeper—if a user chooses “Support,” you can branch into further categories like “Technical Issue” or “Billing Question,” each revealing its own tailored fields. This makes forms more dynamic, relevant, and efficient for your end users.
Campaign Archive (AD-2571)
We’ve extended the functionality of the Archive feature to give you more power and flexibility. Campaign Archive allows you to organize past emails and make them accessible in a branded webview. Subscribers can now browse previous campaigns, explore topics of interest, and even subscribe directly to an archive category.
Key Highlights:
- Create archive-specific categories, each generating its own unique URL.
- Allow new subscribers to join by opting into a campaign archive.
- Automatically assign a unique tag when someone subscribes, making it easy to add them to lists or segments for future targeting.
This turns your archive from a static reference point into an active lead-generation tool.
Merge Tag UI for 1:1 Emails (AD-2579)
Personalization just got a major visual upgrade. The merge tag interface in 1:1 emails has been redesigned so that merge tags now appear as styled objects, rather than plain text. This provides a more intuitive and visually pleasing way to work with personalization fields.
How it works:
- If a contact has a value for the merge tag field, the object will display the personalized value automatically.
- If no value exists for the field, the object will show the field name with red styling, clearly indicating the missing data.
This improvement reduces errors, makes personalization more transparent, and enhances the overall editing experience for 1:1 emails.
✨ Together, these updates make your forms more intelligent, your campaigns more discoverable, and your personalization more user-friendly. We can’t wait to see how you’ll put them to work!
