To begin an automation you have to start with selecting a contact source. You have the option to pick a segment of contacts or from a campaign form.
- Add an action , select “Send an email”
- Then you will add a decision to the action, select “Opens Email”
- From there, you can create the rest of the workflow off the one-to-one email being opened
