There is no way to tell if your email went to spam. Only the recipient will be able to see whether your email landed in their spam box. Recipients also have the option to mark your emails as spam.

To prevent your emails going to spam make sure you maintain a healthy list of contacts, send timely and relevant content, and encourage engagement, good deliverability will follow.
