Adaptix allows you to keep track of your contacts and their status on the “Manage Contacts” page. Contacts can have one out of four statuses: Unconfirmed, Unsubscribed, Subscribed, and bounced.
You can filter your contacts by segments by using the “Status” bar on the top of the “Manage Contacts” page.
Contact Statuses:
Unconfirmed: All contacts not in a segment.
Unsubscribed: Any contact that has marked themselves as unsubscribed.
Subscribed :All contacts in at least segment.
Bounced : Any contact that was rejected by the email server.
